Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 16, 2026

Our commitment

Nashville Foundation Repair aims to make this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

What we have implemented

  • A skip link to main content as the first focusable element on every page
  • Semantic HTML structure with landmarks for navigation, main content, and footer
  • One main heading per page, with a logical heading hierarchy beneath it
  • Descriptive alternative text on informative images, and empty alt attributes on decorative ones
  • Visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form controls
  • Labels associated with every form field, and clear indication of required fields
  • ARIA attributes on the mobile menu, submenus, and other interactive controls
  • Colour combinations chosen for contrast against their backgrounds
  • Responsive layouts that work without horizontal scrolling on small screens
  • Touch targets sized for use on a phone

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time task. We review new pages and components as they are added, and we address issues as they are identified. Some third-party embedded content, such as maps, is outside our direct control, and we work to provide equivalent information in text where that applies.

Alternatives to this website

If any part of this site is difficult to use, you can reach us directly and we will provide the same information by phone or email:

You do not need to use the online form to request a quote. Call or email with a description of what you are noticing and your city or ZIP, and we will take it from there.

Telling us about a barrier

If you encounter something on this site that prevents you from accessing information or completing a task, please tell us. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you can. We will respond and work to resolve it.

Accessibility at your property

If you have mobility, hearing, or other accessibility needs relating to a site visit, tell us when scheduling. We will adjust how we communicate findings and conduct the visit accordingly.
